Delivery We normally ship all orders within 28 days of receipt of completed order. If there is any longer delay we will advise you separately within 7 days of order. Delivery times on oiled and painted furniture will be longer and will be quoted after your order is received. Where size limitations allow we ship goods fully assembled but most items will require assembly by you. This requires only a few screws and bolts to put everything together. We supply all fixings and comprehensive instructions. Where we can, we like to deliver our furniture ourselves. If time and distance allows we do. In these cases we bring everything ready constructed or will put it together for you on site. For most deliveries however, we use ParcelForce as delivery agents. Standard delivery cost to addresses on the UK Mainland (for carriage purposes Skye is NOT on the mainland) and Northern Ireland is included in the cost of most items. Please contact us if you are not sure. We have also listed delivery costs to most European and worldwide destinations. These are estimates and may be subject to variation depending on the precise product mix. In any instance where an increase in delivery cost is required you will be advised before any payment is processed. You will then have the option to cancel your order without any penalty.
